Co-Payments
- Your plan may require a co-payment for office visits and procedures.
- Please be prepared to pay this at the time of your appointment.
- Please note that some insurance policies have a higher co-pay for a specialist's office when compared to your primary care physician. We will need to collect that higher amount.
- If you have an outstanding co-pay balance with our office, you will need to pay that at your next visit prior to being seen.
